Jackpot. This place is awesome.

Friendly and helpful staff. Awesome. Easy motorbike hire, quality, and good price, safe and secure indoor parking. I liked the location because it is away from town center hustle and bustle, so no noise, and an easy walk to train station. Rooms are immaculate, fesh, clean and new feel. Has an elevator too. Cirkey! (The young lad at reception could learn more English but HEY! we are in Vietnam so no problem - EASY TIGER!)

It's a new building.

It's a new building. Friendly staff.

On the Booking.com, bicycles are mentioned as complementary but it's not true. There are no bicycles at all at the property. Instead, the receptionist kept on pushing us to rent a motorbike or car and also the tour packages offered by the hotel. Breakfast is not available at the property and the restaurant is not functional either.

booking very expensive than walk in very much.

price pass booking 350,000 vnd/night. But walk-in is 250,000 vnd/night. it's not fair. Hotel not have drinking water bottle ,not pot for boiling water, no tea or coffee in room. in night time no eletrical power air-condition not work no good. Lastest hotel no breakfast and breakfast room. I must explain hotel that I'm booking room with breakfast.

Would definitely stay again in the future. The best hotel I’ve stayed in in Vietnam so far!

The hotel is a family run business, and every single member was so friendly! We were offered a lift to the train station even though it’s a 1 minute walk because it was raining. We sat down for tea with a couple of the staff and although they didn’t speak much English, we were able to communicate through a translator app which was an incredible experience. We felt extremely safe and well looked after. Cannot fault this hotel or our experience. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds, excellent showers and a lovely view of the rooftops in Ninh Binh from the balcony. Thankyou for a PERFECT stay!

New and beautiful rooms. Very clean and great value for your money.

Very nice and clean room. Perfect place to stay for some rest. Also Netflix on the room. Very helpful staff.

Make sure you have Google translate. But it was not a problem at all to get the information you need.

Lovely short stay.

Lovely stay. Comfortable, all basic amenities provided for. Very cute children kept us company. Learnt how to ride a bike for the first time here! Lovely staff.

Dogs near here are scary.

Best hotel in Ninh Binh!

The hotel is so nice, probabely the best budget hotel in Nimh Binh! You can walk to the train station in 2 min. The hotel is located in a small and quiet street, there are some restaurants near by (e.g. opposite the train station, very good food around there!) The rooms were new, clean and had even a huge smart TVs with Netflix etc. So nice to watch a movie after a long day of traveling! The staff is very friendly. Thank you for a great stay!

Very good option for discovering Ninh Binh neighbourhood

Very helpful staff Good quality for the price Owner provided us everything we asked for - like kettle or hair dryer English is very basic, but with google translate you can arrange everything Motorbike rent for 100k available Very close to the railway station (300m)

The location is good for getting out of a train or a bus and then renting motorbike to travel around Ninh Binh. Apart from that there is very little to do around - it is very quiet and dark area.
